The need for government intervention and monitoring to put a check on telecommunication network companies in Ghana.

The government of Ghana under the office of the ministry of communication Needs to establish a law through parliament with all private telecommunication operators in the country to ensure these various telecommunication networking companies resolve all their technical networking challenges that affects customers( Ghanaian citizens) without excuses.
These technical network challenges causes lots of communication issues to customers.
As telecommunication companies they should make it a priority to ensure network crisis resolved very well , knowing very well the amount of customers using their respective networks in their daily transactions.
Here is the case a customer needs to place an important call or make an important transaction through their network and it doesn’t go through due to lack of network problems for over a period of hours .
These anomalies cause lots of challenges to the clients since most of our transactions are done online (especially business transactions as entrepreneurs through online services by means of using their internet ( network).
Moreover the current internet bundle which most internet users has adapted to called the “Zone Bundle” is also not working.
Most internet workers such as bloggers, influencers, etc uses this internet bundle most.
Let’s not forget that data mining adds up to Economic growth , this is the main reasons why they need to ensure consistent supply of their network which is very vital to businesses.
Network interruptions causes the customers lots of deals especially online applications and transactions.
Communication is a serious asset in the telecommunication business which needs not to be taken for granted .
I believe there should be a law to put these telecommunication companies to check for such poor network services which seriously affects their respective clients in the nation .
We are in the 21st century, and data mining has become one of the major platforms where all transactions are done .
It’s long over due for government to pass a law to deal with such behaviors put up by these private telecommunication companies who mostly charges citizens huge taxes by means of subscribing to their network platforms.
I will plead with these private telecommunication companies to see it as a wake up call to put their technicians to check in order to avoid any inconvenience caused by them which goes a long way to affect businesses.
