Simpa as a fishing community/ town does not need a DREAM , instead a “VISION “ to be able to frontier its developmental affairs through the noble stewardship of its kinsmen and leaders.

There is a vast difference Between a Dream and vision .

A leader with a dream , keeps dreaming but true leaders have a vision. Vision brings development, unity and togetherness, it drives and leads a visionary leader with courage , determination, commitment, passion to pursue his or her vision with a plan and strategies programmed before its implementation.

Vision moves with Challenges and it comes with weight.

A true visionary leader needs wisdom to solve it .

Some challenges are matured than those surrounding it, reason it requires wisdom to deal with it .

As the Holy Book puts it “ lack of knowledge my people perish “ reasons many leaders fail in exhibiting good leadership skills to bring socioeconomic growth into a community/ town .

A leader may sit on an unknown resource yet still go round looking for resources elsewhere to develop his nation, community or town .

Any leader with a dream confuses himself with bad elders as subjects .

Simpa as a town has numerous resources which could be turned into assets to develop the community without seeking any assistance from outside .

Simpa must have a vision and not a dream .
