Ghanaian adorable gospel artiste, Mrs. Irene Ayettey Boateng popularly known in the music industry as Mama Boat, wins the Gospel Song of the Year at the just-ended Modern Gospel Awards 2023.
Mama Boat bagged five nominations in the third edition of the MOGA Awards, which are: Gospel Collaboration of the Year, Artiste of the Year, Gospel Song of the Year, New artiste of the Year, and Music Video of the Year.
The Gospel Song of the Year category was very tough, but with God being so good and the support from her fans, she was able to emerge as a winner.
Reliable God was produced by Papa Owura who was also featured in the song. Reliable God has accumulated more streams on digital platforms and has been aired several times on both TV and Radio in Ghana.
The event took place at the national theatre on the 19th of August, 2023. Mama Boat was excited and enthused as she was crowned the winner of that category.
