Fadda Dickson rejected my return to Despite Media because of disloyalty – Andy Dosty

Andy Dosty, a radio show host who left Despite Media to work for Angel FM for five years, has revealed that he was turned down for a return to the media conglomerate owned by business magnate Dr Osei Kwame Despite.

On the latest episode of The Delay Show, which aired on Saturday, September 9, 2023, Andy Dosty revealed that, while the company’s owner initially agreed to his return, the final decision was in the hands of Managing Director Fadda Dickson.

“I wanted to return to Despite, but they refused… “Their policy is that once you leave, you can never come back,” Andy Dosty explained.

“I went there to apologise,” he said. At an event, Mr. Despite greeted me warmly and invited me to return whenever I was available. However, by the time I arrived, things had changed. “I remember Fadda Dickson saying to me, ‘You are good, and we need someone like you, but you were not loyal,'” he said.

This experience, according to Andy Dosty, taught him a valuable lesson in loyalty.

“My thoughts were childish because, at the time I was leaving, Mr. Despite had plans to offer me double the compensation I was receiving from Dr. Kwaku Oteng of Angel Group of Companies.” Despite his best efforts to keep me,” Andy Dosty reflected.

“The unfortunate part is that I was the closest to him of all the employees working with Despite,” he added, apologizing for betraying the owner of Despite Media Group.
