Don’t blame Ofori Atta over Ghana’s economy being in gutter to Economist kwame Pianim.

our imprisoned economy has always been in the gutters.
Right after Dr kwame Nkrumah’s regime as first prime minister of Ghana.
I think senior state man kwame pianim should know better as a renowned economist .
Propaganda does not stabilize or gain a nations economic freedom from its cooperative management dictatorship economy imprisonment.
Technocrats like him are suppose to assist the nation to gain its economic freedom from the hands of our economic colonial masters ( IMF , world bank etc ) .
Every finance minister goes through hell under these colonial dictatorship management policies fixed on the neck of the nation . Not even cabinet / parliament can control them .
